Sealed bids for Haywood County Election Commission Building Renovations will be received by The Honorable David Livingston, Mayor at the Haywood County Mayor's Office, 1 N. Washington Ave, Brownsville, TN 38012 until May 15, 2025, at 10:00 A.M. local time, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at www.a2hplanroom.com to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list and/or not containing the above information will not be opened. Official bidders will be established by attendance of the mandatory pre-bid meeting.

A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Building 50 Boyd Ave. in Brownsville, TN on April 30, 2025, at 11:00 A.M. local time.
