Sealed proposals will be received on selected Bid Packages for the MARION SCHOOL DISTRICT'S A.L.E. Building in MARION, ARKANSAS. The Construction Manager/General Contractor, A & R Construction, LLC, will receive bids at the A&R Construction office at 2827 Farrisview Blvd, Memphis, TN 38118, on Wednesday, January 24, 2024, no later than 5:00 PM LOCAL TIME.

Once the time to receive bids has past, bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Marion School Board Office on Thursday January 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM at 200 Manor Marion, AR 72364. Bids offered after 5:00 PM, Wednesday, January 24, 2024, will not be accepted.
Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Construction Manager/General Contractor or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through the Construction Manager, or their representative(s) are considered the official versions and take precedence should any discrepancies occur. The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from A and R Construction, LLC, 2827 Farrisview Blvd, Memphis, TN 38118, 901-334-1375. Plans can also be viewed at Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Rd., Memphis, TN 38134, 901-381-9811. Full sets of plans can be purchased by the bidder from Memphis Reprographics.
All Bid Proposals must be submitted on a copy of the Bid Forms provided in the project manual. Bidders may photocopy these forms. The entire manual does not need to be submitted with the bids. Faxed Bid Proposals, Phone Quotes and Email Quotes will not be accepted.
Bidders shall conform to the requirements of the Arkansas licensing laws and regulations for contractors and shall be licensed before a bid is submitted.
