A PUBLIC NOTICE WILL BE ADVERTISED IF MWA DECIDES TO MOVE FORWARD WITH THIS PROJECT IN THE FUTURE.
Copies of Contract Documents may be obtained from the Engineer, Barge Design Solutions, Inc., through the online purchasing system at bidding.bargedesign.com upon a non-refundable payment of $200.00 for each set. No partial sets of bidding documents shall be issued. Bidders must purchase the Contract Documents in order to be eligible to submit a bid. Bid documents on the MWA website are for informational purposes only.
The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all Bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive informalities and technicalities.
