The Housing Authority of the City of Trumann, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for Roofing at Rural Rental until 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 25, 2023, at 109 Spruce Street, Trumann, Arkansas 72472, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

Pre-Bid Information:

At 10:00 a.m., Tuesday, July 11, 2023, a Pre-bid Conference will be held at 109 Spruce Street, in Trumann, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a site visit of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and pre-bid conference.
