One (1) complete set of bidding documents, drawings, and specifications, may be obtained upon deposit of $200.00 (Two Hundred Dollars and Zero Cents) which amount is refundable to all Contractors submitting a bona fide bid upon return of all contract documents complete and in the order issued. However, deposits of successful bidders will not be returned. Memphis Reprographics will be handling the distribution of project documents. All Checks should be delivered/brought to Memphis Reprographics at 6178 Macon Rd, Memphis, TN. Please make all checks out to Self+Tucker Architects, and upon receipt of $200.00 Deposit, Memphis Reprographics will release project documents.
