Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of Mr. Eric Jordan, Mayor, located at 12987 Hwy 79, Bells, TN 38006, until July 9, 2024 at 10:30 a.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
An official list of bidders will be maintained at the A2H Planroom to ensure that eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening. Any bid submitted from a bidder not on the official bidders list will not be opened. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the A2H Planroom.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications are available for purchase at contractors expense, or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
