TC2024-34 Water Meter Project – Water Meter Installation

PURPOSE:

The Town is seeking bids from qualified contractors interested in securing a contract for all labor necessary to remove existing Neptune commercial and residential water meters and install new Town provided technologically updated Neptune water meters and fittings. Some water meters may require a new lid, or the existing lid may require drilling to accommodate the antenna. New water meters and fittings will be stored at Consolidated Pipe & Supply Company, 190 Mann Drive, Collierville, TN. Old water meters will be disposed of at the Public Services Complex, 500 Keough Road, Collierville, TN. This project will also include project management, data integration services, fields service software with a utility portal allowing electronic data uploads to the Town’s billing software and full transparency of project progress.

BID DUE DATE AND TIME

All sealed bids must be received and time stamped on or before WEDNESDAY, MAY 8, 2024 at 2:00:00 P.M. (LOCAL TIME) in the office of the Director of General Services, 500 Poplar View Parkway, Collierville, Tennessee 38017, at which time or soon thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read aloud in the Town Board Chambers.
