Renovation to 126 W. Market Street

Bid Information:

Sealed bids will be received at the County Mayor Office, 13095 N. Main Street, Somerville, TN 38068, until 2:00 p.m., March 16, 2023 for furnishing Fayette County with the following:

FOR THE DIVISION OF: Fayette County

FOR THE RENOVATION OF: 126 West Market Street, Somerville, TN 38068, Fayette County

BIDDING DOCUMENTS:

For the mutual protection of Fayette County, Fayette County’s Architect (hereafter “the Consultant”), and all subcontractors and material suppliers, partial sets of documents will not be issued. Therefore, all contractors intending to submit a bid shall obtain one (1) complete set of documents from Memphis Reprographics Plan Room in order for his/her bid to be accepted. This will also place the Contractor on the list for possible addenda issuance. Plans and specifications in pdf format are available at no charge by download at Memphis Reprographics. In order to gain access to this site, Bidders must contact Memphis Reprographics.

ADDENDA:

The Plan Room will post all addenda to holders of each set of documents. All such addenda will become a part of the contract documents and subject to all conditions contained therein, and must be listed on the Bid Form for the bid to be accepted. Note: no addendum shall be issued within one (1) calendar days prior to the date set for opening of bids, unless said addendum, delays the opening of said bids.

Questions will be accepted until 5:00 pm, March 14, 2023; Addenda will be submitted through Memphis Reprographics Plan room by end of business day by March 15, 2023.

Pre-Bid Information:

A Pre-Bid Meeting will be held on Wednesday, March 8th, at 9:00 am CST at the project site (126 W. Market Street, Somerville, TN 38068). All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting.
