A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday September 23, 2021. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.

Sealed bids for Parking Additions at Northcrest Development No. TN057-003 & -004, located in Ripley, Tennessee will be received by the Ripley Housing Authority, 101 Northcrest, Ripley, TN 38063 on October 7, 2021 at 2:00 p.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual.
