City of Memphis Project - South East Mental Health Center Parking Lot Improvements

The Owner will award a contract for installation of a new asphalt paved parking area, new concrete curbcuts/aprons, and concrete areas for handicap parking areas. This project will include but not limited to: full section paving repair, asphalt curb repairs, milling 2 inches of asphalt from the existing asphalt surface, parking lot striping, and other miscellaneous items. This project has a Base Bid and one Add Alternate.
