Notice is hereby given that digital bids will be received by Memphis Reprographics, until 2:30 P.M. local time on Thursday, May 25th, 2021
  • To submit an electronic bid, you must log into your account. If you already have an account, simply log in, and a “Submit Bid” tab will appear on the job page. Click on the tab, and enter your contractor’s license number where it asks for “Certificate of Rep”. Check your information, and then upload all required bid forms and information. You will receive a confirmation email once the information is submitted. All bids electronically submitted are stored in a digital time vault, and are not accessible by any party until the close of bidding. No bidder, owner, representative, or third party will have access to your confidential bid information at any point during the bidding phase. Only after the bid date has closed, will the owner and its representative have access to your submitted documents. If you need to resubmit a bid, or change a bid, simply re-upload your revised documents.

Project Description:

This project, located in the Emerge Building at 516 Tennessee St., consists of the selective demolition, renovation and addition to an 1862 sf. Tenant space located on the first floor of the building.
  • Demolition scope includes removal of existing storefront window, demolition of stair and closet, removal of existing light fixtures and doors.
  • Renovation and addition scope include new front porch, storefront entry, new interiors partitions, millwork and merchandiser equipment associated with the grocery and coffee bar.
