BID INFORMATION:
The Housing Authority of the City of Fayetteville, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Laundry Room Renovation until 3:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 24, 2021 at 1 North School Street, Fayetteville, Arkansas 72701, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room above. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual. If you would like a physical set then they can be printed, paid for, and shipped to you, directly through the website.
WALK THROUGH AND PREBID CONFERENCE:
At 3:00 p.m., Thursday, March 11, 2021, a Pre-bid Conference will be held virtually through
ZOOM for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. After the Pre-bid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner at a set up time. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this pre-bid conference.
