City of Memphis Project - Magevney House Retaining Wall Construction Project

Project consists of the demolition of an existing retaining wall located along the west property line (east right-of-way of the public alley), construction of a new concrete retaining wall, sodding, and associated items such as construction fencing, barricades, tree protection, retaining wall drainage system, and protection of existing conditions to remain.
