Sealed bids for ADA Conversion of 3 Apartments at Development TN008-003 (Vernon Place) and Selected Demo, Repair and Replacement of Concrete at Developments TN008-001 (Morningside), TN008-002 (Tige Robinson) and TN008-003 (Vernon Place) will be received by The Paris Housing Authority, 917 Minor Street, Paris, TN 38242 on Wednesday. July 29. 2020 at 11 :00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The estimated construction cost of the project is between $315,000 and $330,000.
A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, July 15, 2020. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk-through of the project will be held by the Owner. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Work of this Contract includes general renovations at three (3) housing development locations, as follows:- 1. Development No. TN008-003 (Vernon Place), Paris, Tennessee, ADA Conversion of Three (3) Dwelling Units, and Selected Site and Unit Concrete Work.
- 2. Development No. TN008-002 (Tige Robinsons), Paris, Tennessee, Selected Site & Unit Concrete Work.
- 3. Development No. TN008-001 (Morningside), Paris, Tennessee, Selected Site Concrete Work.
In order to be a qualified bidder, Bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plan and project manual. If you would like a physical set, they can be printed, paid for, and shipped to you directly through the website.
