NOTICE TO BIDDERS
Due to the spread of COVID-19 we will be conducting the bid opening over video using the ZOOM platform. This is completely free of charge and I will be sending an invite to attend the virtual bid opening by email. It is not mandatory that you attend as I will be sending a copy of the final bid tabulation out to all plan holders.

The Housing Authority of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for Damaged Roofs and Siding at Courtyard Apartments and Wil-Mor Homes until 10:00 a.m., Monday, April 13, 2020 at 430 South 26th Street (Senior Citizens Center), West Memphis, Arkansas 72301, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
At 10:00 a.m., Monday, March 30, 2020, a Prebid Conference will be held at 430 South 26th Street (Senior Citizens Center), in West Memphis, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Pre-bid Conference, a walk-through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and pre-bid conference.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
