A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. Thursday, March 5. 2020. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walkthrough of the project will be held by the Owner. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.

Bid Information: Sealed bids for the Roof Replacement at Development TN009-003 (16 Dwelling Buildings and 16 Storage Buildings) will be received by The Union City Housing Authority, 1409 East Main Street Union City, TN 38261 on Thursday, March 19, 2020 at 10:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The estimated construction cost of the project is between $150,000 and $165,000.

In order to be a qualified bidder, Bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room.
