The Housing Authority of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas,.hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for Fire Damage Repair at the 289 Building of the Courtyard Apartments until 10:00 a.rn . Tuesday. March 3, 2020 at 430 South 26’” Street (Senior Citizens Center), West Memphis, Arkansas 72301. at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.

In order to be a qualified bidder, Bidding documents must be obtained from Janice Campbell at the office of Ledford Engineering and Planning, LLC, 5567 Commander Drive, Suite 105, Arlington, TN 38002, (901) 867-5220. A non-refundable deposit of $75.00 is required for one set of Bidding Documents. ALL BID DEPOSIT CHECKS OR DRAFTS SHALL BE MADE PAYABLE TO LEDFORD ENGINEERING AND PLANNING LLC.

At 10:00 a.m., Monday, February 10. 2020, a Prebid Conference will be held at 430 South 26th Street (Senior Citizens Center), in West Memphis, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walkthrough of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid conference.
