Mississippi County Courthouse - Rehabilitation and Addition

The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and includes, but is not limited to, the following:

Approximately 18,000 square feet three story addition to an existing approximately 18,000 three story courthouse constructed in 1919. Mixed occupancy, non separated, Business Type B and Assembly Type A-3 and other Work indicated in the Contract Documents.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractor’s expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
