Makowsky Construction Company, LLC will receive pricing / proposals for the above referenced project based on the 100% Construction Drawings dated 4/10/2018. Makowsky Construction Company, LLC and the owner have selected a list of subcontractor’s and material suppliers to submit proposals on this project. All proposals are to be delivered / emailed / direct faxed to Makowsky Construction Company, LLC with the name of your company no later than the date listed above. ALL Bidders please submit their proposals broken down by line item with their estimated quantities on their own bid form for verification purposes. Bidders and Material Suppliers shall be responsible for the accurate take off of all items contained within their proposal. If submitting pricing on more than one item, please submit your proposal on different sheets.
