Public Projects

Installation of erosion control measures; demolition; earthwork and finish grading; rock excavation; drainage; concrete paving; concrete pavers; asphalt paving; modular retaining/freestanding walls; railings; interpretive signage (including graphics); site electrical; pond fountain; site lighting; natural stream construction; landscaping; and other miscellaneous improvements. Bid Alternates are also included for site furnishings; canopy structure; bentonite pond liner; and temporary irrigation.

Project consists of the installation of a floating wetland treatment system and new, bankmounted aerators.

Project includes rehabilitation of existing wastewater collection system gravity lines and rehabilitation of existing wastewater manholes. The rehabilitation methods include Cured in Place Pipe lining, point repairs, and manhole lining for reduced infiltration and inflow.

The project includes point/joint repair and CIPP and Post CCTV. Point repair will require the restoration of State Routes 54 and 124 including paving.

The project is to renovate the former Automotive Technology and Welding Technology training areas.

Scope of demolition and removal work is indicated on drawings . B. Hazardous Substances: Discovery of a suspected dangerous or hazardous substance during construction stops construction operations and may seriously delay a project. Contractors often encounter asbestos, lead, polychlorinated biphyenyls (PCBs), and similar hazardous materials on their construction projects. Because the use of those materials was common until recently, they are often found on renovation projects involving older buildings. AIA Document A201 outlines procedures contractors must follow when suspected dangerous or hazardous substances are uncovered during construction. If the suspect material proves to be a dangerous or hazardous substance, a contractor is not permitted to resume construction operations until the material has been rendered harmless or has been lawfully removed from the site. C. Scope of alterations work is indicated on drawings.

This project consists of removal and replacement of aerators and electrical.

The Project consists of replacing Pump Station "A" and related work.

The Project includes furnishing and installing high service pumps at the water treatment plant of the water system.

Project consists of 4″ and 6″ boring of 26 creek locations in Obion County, installation of valves, and flush hydrant assemblies.
