Southaven Parks Maintenance Facility

The project includes the construction of a new maintenance facility, along with covered, dry, and chemical storage. The maintenance facility and covered storage structures are pre-engineered metal buildings, while the dry storage is masonry. The chemical storage is a pre-fabricated storage building that will be placed on a new concrete slab. Included in the new maintenance facility is office space, a break room, parts storage, equipment work area, and supporting restroom facilities.
