Alliance Corporation is the General Contractor for this project, acting as agent for the Owner and acting in the Owner’s behalf in soliciting your proposal. Each successful Bidder shall execute a Subcontract with Alliance Corporation.
Alliance Corporation will receive bids via email or hand delivery for each Bid Package listed for the Freed-
Hardeman University Renovation of Old Main Administration Building. Bids can be emailed to Project
Manager, Lea King lking@alliancecorporation.com. All bids must be received on or before 2:00 p.m. (local
time), May 3, 2018.
A pre-bid conference will be held at Brown Kopel, Room 109 on the Freed-Hardeman Campus, Henderson,
TN at 10:00 a.m. (local time) on April 24, 2018. Attendance is highly recommended due to the nature of the project. Your lack of attendance at the pre-bid conference, which includes a job-site tour, will not be a reason to withdraw your bid. The building will be accessible by appointment only after the April 24 pre-bid conference. To set up an appointment, contact Ryan Burris at 270.308.5510.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room. To download files, you must register for a free account, if you already have an account, simply log in and select “Download” this entire job. Then proceed to the download queue on the left menu bar to recieve you downloaded files.
