Bid Information:
Bids for the construction of the Project will be received at the office of H. Michael Brown, Mayor, located at Town Hall, 170 Doss Circle, Oakland, TN 38060, until October 16, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. local time. At that time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read.
Official plan holders list will only be the list maintained by A2H, Inc. Prospective Bidders are urged to register with the A2H Planroom as a plan holder, even if Bidding Documents are obtained from a plan room or source other than the A2H Planroom. It is the sole responsibility of all plan holders, whether they have received digital downloads or paper copies of the plans and specifications, to periodically to check for Addenda which may have been posted on the A2H Planroom at www.a2hplanroom.com.
Pre-Bid Information:
A non-mandatory pre-bid conference for the Project will be held on October 10, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at Town Hall, 170 Doss Circle, Oakland, TN 38060. Though not required, bidders are highly encouraged to attend.
Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications are available for purchase at contractors expense, or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
