The Memphis Housing Authority (MHA) is soliciting Firm Fixed Price bids from highly qualified contractors to provide construction services for the:

Renovation, Improvements and Repairs to SIX [6] Montgomery Plaza Dwelling Units, Memphis, TN:

1. 61 West Olive Avenue Unit 1

2. 1409 Tumberland Avenue Unit 1

3. 1409 Tumberland Avenue Unit 2

4. 1411 Tumberland Avenue Unit 1

5. 1421 Tumberland Avenue Unit 1

6. 169 Rowe Avenue Unit 1 - ADDED

Bids must be submitted to the MHA Capital Improvements Department, 700 Adams Avenue, Room 107, Memphis, TN 38105-5029, ATTN: Kelitia Dickson, by no later than 2:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on Thursday, May 9, 2023.

Pre-Bid Conference:

AN ADDITIONAL PRE-BID CONFERENCE SHALL BE HELD ON 4/17/2023 AT 10 A.M AT THE MHA CENTRAL OFFICE, LOCATED AT 700 ADAMS AVE MEMPHIS, TN 38105 RM 216 THE BOARDROOM

One Pre-Bid Conferences will be held Tuesday, February 21, 2023, at 10:00 a.m. CST at the Memphis Housing Authority, 700 Adams Avenue, Boardroom, Room 216. Site visits can be scheduled Mon-Fri 8am to 3:30pm, to schedule a site visit please contact Kevin Pilate at 901.544.1882 or via email at kpilate@memphisha.org. Although, neither the Pre-Bid Conference nor the site visit is a bidding requirement, all offerors are strongly encouraged to attend.
