The project for the “16750 HIGHWAY 64 BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT” shall stabilize and support the entire building structure including exterior masonry walls, floors and roof. The work will demolish interior walls, ceilings, and finishes to create a gallery space within the east bay of the structure.
