The renovation of an existing 2,342 SF space inside of an existing building. Demolition of existing finishes, partitions, millwork and fixtures. HVAC, electrical, plumbing and Fire protection modifications are required as well as the construction and installation of new partitions, interior doors, windows, millwork, and finishes.
