Sealed proposals will be received on selected Bid Packages for the MARION SCHOOL DISTRICT in MARION, ARKANSAS. The Construction Manager/General Contractor, A & R Construction, LLC, will receive bids at the A&R construction office, LLC, 2827 Farrisview Blvd, Memphis, TN 38118, 901-334-1375. in Memphis TN, on Wednesday, July 13, 2022, no later than, 5:00 PM LOCAL TIME.
Once the time to receive bids has past, bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud at the Marion Schol Board office on Thursday July 14th at 2:00 PM at 200 Manor, Marion AR 72364. Bids offered after 5:00 PM, Wednesday, July 13, 2022, will not be accepted.
Both the Owner and Construction Manager/General Contractor reserve the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any formalities.
Project Description:
The items, which make up this contract include generally, but are not limited to the following:
- 1. Aluminum Storefront & Doors
- 2. Glass and Glazing
- 3. Finishes
- 4. Flooring
- 5. Painting
- 6. Electrical
The following materials Purchase Order Bid Packages will be bid at this time:
- 7. Doors, Frames and Finish Hardware
- 8. Division 10 Specialties
Bidders are instructed to review SECTION 00120 – BID PACKAGE SCHEDULE in the project manual for a complete description of these packages.
