The McKenzie Housing Authority invites sealed bids for Window Replacement for 48 Dwelling Units, Gutters for 24 Buildings, and Rear Storm Door Replacement for 13 Dwelling Units at Development No. TN082-002 located in McKenzie, Tennessee.
Bids are subject to TN State Law. Bids will be received until 2:00 P.M. on Thursday November 18, 2021, and publicly opened at McKenzie Housing Authority, 22 W. McDonald Avenue, McKenzie, TN 38201.
In order to be a qualified bidder, Bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual. If you would like a physical set, they can be printed, paid for, and shipped to you directly through the website.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the Housing Authority Office for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the Project at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday November 4, 2021.
Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk-through and Pre-Bid Conference.
