The Forrest City Housing Authority of Forrest City, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Ceiling Replacement at Dawson Homes until 10:00 a.m., Thursday November 18th, 2021, at 690 Dawson Road, Forrest City, Arkansas 72335, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room above. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual. If you would like a physical set then they can be printed, paid for, and shipped to you, directly through the website.
Pre-Bid Information:
A Prebid Conference at the Housing Authority Office (690 Dawson Road, Forrest City, AR) will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 4th, 2021. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
