No interpretation of the meaning of the specifications or other documents will be made to any Supplier orally. Questions shall be submitted in writing to the Point of Contact (see Part II, § 5.0). To be given consideration, the questions must be received NO LATER THAN September 30, 2021 @ 11:00 AM CST. Questions that are deemed to be substantive in nature will be responded to in the form of an addendum and posted on SCBE by 4:00 PM CST on October 1, 2021

In order to be eligible for consideration, bids must be received in the Construction Procurement Office no later than 2:00 PM CST on October 8, 2021, 160 South Hollywood Street, Room #126, Memphis, TN 38112.
Scope of Work
Delano ES Gym/ Safe Space project includes the construction and A/E design services from the original A/E firm of the K-8 prototypical gym/ safe space design for the modifications for an elementary school occupancy and site adaptation. The complete project shall meet and/or exceed the safe space criteria in relation to the 2015 FEMA P-136 Safe Rooms for Tornadoes and Hurricanes. The complete project will achieve the desired aesthetic results for a fully functional and facility that is compliant with current adopted building codes, ADA, OSHA, and acting governing regulations.
