Sikeston K Center Safe Room / Multi-Purpose Building
Construction of a one-story, 4,628 SF safe space building that is primarily constructed with fully reinforced/grouted 12” concrete block and brick veneer w/steel beams, concrete over metal deck with a white fully adhered TPO roof membrane. The building contains an entry lobby, restrooms, auditorium, platform, storage, office, and utility closets. The building is supported by a generator within a separate enclosure.
