A Pre-Bid Conference will be held on September 27, 2021 at 11:00 AM, 2021 @ 220 Hancock Avenue; Tutwiler, MS 38963. All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will NOT count against said “good faith effort” as required by the M/WBE program.

Sealed bids will be received at City Hall – City of Tutwiler – City Clerk located at 201 Tallahatchie Avenue; Tutwiler, Mississippi 38963, until 11:00 AM, October 1, 2021
Scope of Work
Project consists of the following scope of work: demolition of the existing building, foundations, utilities, concrete paving, and the salvaging of existing brick of the existing building for future use. All demolition debris will be removed from the site and disposed on in a legal manner. The site once free of all construction debris shall be covered with erosion control fabric to stabilize site.
Entities wanting to obtain paper Bidding Documents will be able to purchase documents from Memphis Reprographics, 6178 Macon Road; Memphis, Tennessee 38134, (901) 381-9811 phone (nonrefundable) at Bidder’s expense. Bidders that obtain electronic documents will be eligible for bidding this project, without obtaining a paper copy of construction documents.
