A Prebid Conference at the Oakwood Location (1701 Hairston Street, Conway, AR) will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have about submitting a bid for this project at 11:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 28th, 2021.
Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walk through of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are STRONGLY RECOMMENDED to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.

BID TIME CHANGE PER ADDENDUM NO. 2
The Housing Authority of the City of Conway, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the Oakwood Roof Replacement until 1:30 p.m., Wednesday October 13th, 2021, at 1701 Hairston Street, Conway, Arkansas 72034, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud.
In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual. If you would like a physical set then they can be printed, paid for, and shipped to you, directly through the website.
