A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at 9:00 a.m. Tuesday September 14, 2021 in 2nd Floor Conference Room at Parks and Neighborhoods Administration Building, located at 2599 Avery Avenue Memphis, Tennessee 38112.
All parties interested in bidding on this project are hereby invited and urged to attend this meeting. Failure to attend the pre-bid meeting will count against said “good faith effort” as required by the M/WBE program.

Bid Information
Sealed bids will be received at the Office of the City of Memphis Purchasing Agent, Room 354, City Hall, 125 N. Main, Memphis, TN 38103, until 12:00 p.m., Wednesday September 22, 2021, for furnishing the City of Memphis with the following:

Bid envelopes with bid forms may be obtained free of charge with registration as a planholder with the following vendor. Potential bidder must pick-up envelope at this location or make arrangements with vendor for delivery at a delivery fee. Only registered planholders will receive copies of issued addenda.

Scope of Work
1. Bert Ferguson Community Center, prepare and execute traffic control plan, install erosion control and tree protection measures, clear and grub areas as indicated, demolish and remove pavement and curbs, remove and re-place underground drain pipe, repair drainage structures and pipe, backfill and compact eroded voids around pipe and structures, install aggregate base and as-phalt pavement, overlay asphalt pavement, seal-coat asphalt pavement, place wheel stops, stripe parking and drive, install grass sod and grass seed. Work at this site shall be paid for the quantity installed at the unit price stated on the bid form.
2. North Frayser Community Center install erosion control measures, breakout and remove concrete pavement, install drainage system and structures, install new concrete pavement, stairs, and railing, grade site to pro-posed elevations, place grass sod over finished grade, and perform other miscella-neous construction items as indicated in the documents. Work at this site shall be paid as lump sum.
3. Robert Howze Park install erosion control and tree protection measures, breakout and remove asphalt pavement, install drainage system and structures, install new asphalt and concrete pavement, grade site to proposed ele-vations, place grass sod over finished grade, and perform other miscellaneous construction items as indicated in the documents. Work at this site shall be paid as lump sum.
