3 Pavilions at Tom Lee Park
The work will consist of everything connected to the 3 pavilions. There will be 2 of the type 1 pavilion, and 1 of the type 2 pavilion. The work will consist of concrete foundations, structural steel fabrication and install, metal wall panels and ceilings, metal coping, custom stainless-steel fabrication, perforated metal inserts, green roof assembly, architectural millwork, cabinets, countertops, doors and hardware, storefronts, folding glass doors, drywall, painting/sealing, polished concrete, bath accessories, fire suppression equipment, plumbing, mechanical, and electrical.
