Scope of Work

This project consists of the minor renovation of a 3,900 SF office suite that is part of an existing one-story 19,037 SF office building. This is classified as a Business Occupancy. The construction is a steel PEMB structure, with masonry clad exteriors. The renovation scope of work includes converting existing offices to become restrooms and a drug testing lab, replacing finishes, and relocating walls and doors as required to accommodate the new program. The work shall include all architectural, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical work, and the following:

1. Additionally, the General Contractor shall ensure to include the following as a part to the Work:

Connection of new work to all utilities as required for building operation both from inside the building to 5’-0” outside the building, and from 5’-0” outside the building to the appropriate main service line as coordinated with utilities provider or other applicable city officials. This includes tap fees, meters, connections, electrical transformer and pad (as required), and all other Work related to utility provision and installation as required for complete operation.
