Desoto County Drug Court Admin Office Renovation

This project consists of the minor renovation of a 3,900 SF office suite that is part of an existing one-story 19,037 SF office building. This is classified as a Business Occupancy. The construction is a steel PEMB structure, with masonry clad exteriors. The renovation scope of work includes converting existing offices to become restrooms and a drug testing lab, replacing finishes, and relocating walls and doors as required to accommodate the new program.
