PRE-BID INFORMATION: A pre-bid conference will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 3, 2021, in the Chambers of the Tupelo City Council, City Hall, 2nd Floor, 71 East Troy Street, Tupelo, Mississippi 38804. We encourage all planholders to attend.
  • Conference attendees are reminded that masks are required in City Hall. Attendees should also observe all safety regulations posted in City Hall.

BID INFORMATION:
Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 11, 2021, in the Tax Office (ATTN: Traci Dillard), City Hall, 1st Floor, 71 East Troy Street, Tupelo, Mississippi 38804.

Hard copy full sets of plans and specifications will be available for purchase at contractors expense, which will be fulfilled by Memphis Reprographics or files may be downloaded for free from our online plan room.
