Work of this Contract includes the construction of a new Bathroom, modifications to the existing interview room, new flooring and painting throughout office and lobby space and other related improvements to the Covington Housing Authority Office building located at 1701 Shoaf Street, Covington, Tennessee as detailed in the plans and specifications.
