Sealed bids for the Construction and Installation of a New Playground at Center Pointe Apartments located in Gallaway, Tennessee will be received by the owner, Martin Housing Authority, at the Center Pointe Apartments Office, 200 Jackson Street, Gallaway, TN 38036 until Wednesday, September 30, 2020 at 11:00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Work includes grading, sidewalks, playground equipment, playground surfacing, border timbers, fencing, and seeding.

WALK THROUGH AND PREBID CONFERENCE :
A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, September 18. 2020 at the Center Pointe Apartments Office at 200 Jackson Street, Gallaway, TN. Following the Prebid Conference, a walk­through of the project will be held by the Owner and Owner’s Representatives. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this Prebid Conference and Walk Through.
