1115-81 New 2 Bedroom Duplex For West Memphis Housing Authority

The Housing Authority of the City of West Memphis, Arkansas, hereafter called the “Public Housing Agency” or PHA, will receive sealed bids for the New Two Bedroom Duplex until 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 28, 2020 at 430 South 26th Street (Senior Citizens Center), West Memphis, Arkansas 72301, at which time and place all bids will be publicly opened and read aloud. The estimated construction cost of the project is between $225,000 and $250,000.

ANY BID RECEIVED AFTER THE CLOSING TIME WILL BE RETURNED UNOPENED.

WALK THROUGH AND PREBID CONFERENCE:
At 10:30 a.m. Monday, September 14. 2020, a Prebid Conference will be held at 430 South 26th Street (Senior Citizens Center), in West Memphis, Arkansas for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walkthrough of the project will be held by the Owner. All Contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid conference.

In order to be a qualified bidder, bidding documents must be obtained from the plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plans and project manual.
