Sealed bids for ADA Conversion and comprehensive improvements of three (3) Apartments at Development TN008-003 01 (Vernon Place) including replacement of interior plumbing lines, and resulting Kitchen and Bathroom Renovations, wall insulation, drywall, painting and ADA Parking along with additional Selected Demo, Repair and Replacement of Concrete at Developments TN008-001 (Morningside), TN008-002 (Tige Robinson) and TN008-003 (Vernon Place) will be received by The Paris Housing Authority, 917 Minor Street, Paris, TN 38242 on Thursday, September 17, 2020 at 11 :00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. The estimated construction cost of the project is between $320,000 and $340,000.
WALK THROUGH AND PREBID CONFERENCE:
A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 3, 2020. Immediately following the Prebid Conference, a walkthrough of the project will be held by the Owner. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this walk through and Prebid Conference.
