Marion High School Softball Stadium Improvements

Sealed proposals will be received on selected Bid Packages for the MARION HIGH SCHOOL SOFTBALL FIELD RENOVATIONS for the MARION SCHOOL DISTRICT in MARION, ARKANSAS. The Construction Manager/General Contractor, A & R Construction, LLC, will receive bids at the Marion Jr. High School Cafeteria, 801 Carter Drive, Marion, AR. 72364, on Thursday, July 30th, 2020, 2:00 PM LOCAL TIME.

• 1. All work associated with the Softball Field, Dugouts, Pressbox, Bleachers and Canopy, and relocation of the Pavilion described in the Specifications and shown on the plans.
• 2. All work associated with the Softball Training Facility described in the specifications and shown on the plans.

All Bid Proposals must be submitted on a copy of the Bid Forms provided in the project manual. Bidders may photocopy these forms. The entire manual does not need to be submitted with the bids. Faxed Bid Proposals, Phone Quotes and Email Quotes will not be accepted.

Obtaining contract documents through any source other than the Construction Manager/General Contractor or their representative(s) is not advisable due to the risks of receiving incomplete or inaccurate information. Contract documents obtained through the Construction Manager or their representative(s) are considered the official versions and take precedence should any discrepancies occur. The official version of the complete set of the contract documents should be examined and are obtainable from A and R Construction, LLC, 2827 Farrisview Blvd, Memphis, TN 38118, 901-334-1375.
