Sealed bids for Sanitary Sewer Improvements including Site Sewer Line Replacement and Wastewater Line Replacement within the Building Envelope at Developments TN069-004 & TN069-008 (Sharon, TN), TN069-005 (Greenfield, TN) and TN069-006 (Gleason, TN) will be received by The Martin Housing Authority, 134 East Heights Drive, Martin, TN 38237 on Tuesday, July 14, 2020 at 11 :00 a.m. and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. Construction will occur at a total of 4 Sites and 91 Apartments all located in Weakley County, TN. The estimated construction cost of the project is between $2,100,000 and $2,200,000.

WALK THROUGH AND PREBID CONFERENCE:
A Prebid Conference will be held for the purpose of answering questions Bidders may have and to consider any suggestions they may wish to make concerning the project at 9:00 a.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 2020. All interested bidders are to meet the Owner and Owner’s Representatives at 586 N. Martin Avenue, Sharon. TN promptly at 9:00 a.m. This address is Development TN069-08, one of four sites in the scope of work for this project. Following looking at this site, all parties will proceed to the remaining sites. All contractors are strongly recommended to attend this Prebid Conference and Walk Through.

In order to be a qualified bidder, Bidding documents must be obtained from this plan room. There is no cost associated with viewing or downloading an electronic copy of the plan and project manual.
