TWRA Region 1 Facility ADA Compliance

• 1. Bids will be received by 2:00 p.m. (Local Time, Central Time) Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
• Bids will be publicly opened by the Owner on behalf of the State of Tennessee via Webex on June 18, 2020 at 12:00 p.m. (Local Time, Central Time).

To be considered a Bona Fide Bidder, Bidding Documents (Plans, Specifications, Bid Envelope and Forms) must be obtained from Memphis Reprographics (6178 Macon Road, Memphis, TN 38134) in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders upon the receipt of a certified or cashier’s check made payable to the State of Tennessee in the amount per set of $600.00. An official list of bidders will be maintained to ensure eligibility requirements of the bidder are met prior to bid opening.

A Pre-Bid Conference will be held at the TWRA Region 1 Office on May 19, 2020, at 10:00 a.m. local time (Central Time). All parties considering attending the Pre-Bid Conference will be responsible for ensuring they do not have a fever, been around someone exhibiting symptoms of the COVID-19 virus or come in contact with someone exhibiting the symptoms. All individuals entering the facility will be required to provide and wear the proper protective equipment at the minimum the wearing of gloves and a face shield. No more than four individuals at a time will be allowed into the facility and each one will exercise the six-foot social distancing guidelines.

Bids sent by mail or express mail must be received by 2:00 p.m. (Local Time, Central Time) Wednesday, June 17, 2020.

Drop off or courier service Bids shall be submitted to the third-floor security desk between 8:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (Local Time (Central Time) Wednesday, June 17, 2020.
