Scope of Work: The scope of the project includes Shrine Sheffield Elementary School HVAC Repair. Replace existing Centrifugal water chiller, Cooling tower, boiler and associated pumps, piping specialties, and controls. An Allowance will be used for the controls which will be furnished and installed by Siemens.
