Southaven Parks Maintenance Facility
The project includes the construction of a new maintenance facility, along with covered, dry, and chemical storage. The maintenance facility and covered storage structures are pre-engineered metal buildings, while the dry storage is masonry. The chemical storage is a pre-fabricated storage building that will be placed on a new concrete slab. Included in the new maintenance facility is office space, a break room, parts storage, equipment work area, and supporting restroom facilities.

Qualified Prime (General) Contractors, Subcontractors, and Material Suppliers may obtain one set of plans and specifications upon deposit of $150.00 per set, which deposit is non-refundable. Contractors who do not submit a bid shall forfeit their deposit. Plans and specs may be obtained from Memphis Reprographics, located at 6178 Macon Rd, Memphis, TN 38134 (phone no. 901.590.4862). Sets will be released by Memphis Reprographics upon delivery of deposit check made out to UrbanArch Associates
